Somatic Earth is a space for women who are ready to create a life that tastes delicious. Born from a journey from when I was 15, in search of finding my own happiness, instead of relying on medication.
That decision to find happiness from within without relying on anything or anyone, took me through a journey
of finding myself again and again. Through the layers of numbness to finally feeling deep love and joy in so many small moments.
I learned that transformation happens when you pause long enough to listen to yourself, when you let your body move what words can't hold, and when you create and take action something from that place of deep knowing.
Now I guide other women through the same journey whether you're ready to transform your life, birth your business, or both.
I'm Khrissie
When I was 15, a doctor offered me medication for depression. I looked at my mum, who'd been on antidepressants for years, and something in me knew there had to be another way.
"No. I don't want to take medication to make me happy. I want to be happy by myself," I said.
That choice began a journey through so many twists and turns I didn't think I'd make it through at points.
But I'm here - without medication and happier than I've ever been. Not because I don't feel the hard emotions, but because I learned to meet them differently.
I don't just teach what I've learnt and certified in, I embody it in my own way. Everything I offer comes from lived experience, my own healing journey, my own unravelling, my own coming home. People tell me they feel safe, seen and heard with me, That's the foundation of everything I do.

The MMM! Method didn't come from a textbook or a certification, it was born from my lived experience of life, of healing, of creating a career for myself and finding out who I am along the way.
From the quest for happiness at 15, to learning to meditate so I could connect to my emotions, to moving my body in ways that finally let the rage and frustrations be expressed, to 13 years of being creative and helping businesses design brands.
I've been through ALL the healing stages and experiences but this Mmm! method has supported me the most! The meditation that lets you feel, the movement that lets you process, the making that lets you express and take action. All at your own time.
